Fit is the same in both weights of yarn.
2-5yo 18-19” / 45-48cm
Child: 19-20” / 48 – 50cm
Teen/Small Adult: 20-21” / 50-53cm
Adult: 22” / 55cm.

Gauge:

8ply

22 stitches / 30 rows in reverse stocking
stitch.
10ply
18 stitches / 28 rows in reverse stocking
stitch.

Yarn:
100g 8ply or 10ply Yarn10ply Sample made with 60g Red Riding Hood Yarns Richie “C for Cookie” Scrapes of what ever fabulous yarn you have for the mane (optional)

Needles:
3.5mm and 4mm for 8ply or 4mm and 4.5mm for 10ply a preferred length for working small circumference knitting & a length for working the crown.
