Kannos Resistance
Cheeky lace front, with a full lace back. How can you resist?
Kanno’s Resistance is a beautiful knit from One Wild Designs (website) who make such wonderful designs that can be every day wear, to dressed up. I’ve had the pleasure of testing for both designers a few times now and they are always supportive.
Encouraging and empowering you to make changes to their design/pattern to get the perfect fit for yourself.
Kannos Resistance is lovely to wear, and I made it with a merino / linen blend which has given it an amazing drape and movement.
Adjustments:
I started with a size 6 cast on at the hip and respaced the decreases down to a size 5 by the end of the decrease section (this came to twice as many decreases in the same space – every 8 instead of 16 rounds)
Cup size 3 was worked (Written into pattern)
Followed size 5 for the yoke.
Sleeves: Were picked up for size 5 as there was too much fabric for size 7 sleeves.
Skipped the decreases in the short rows and increased out along the sleeve length to a size 7 before the cuff was worked to allow for a bigger bicep.
