Cables, cropped, 3/4 sleeves, what could be more perfect to wear with dresses.

Julissa is another test knit I jumped on when it came across my feed.

A beautiful 10ply pattern, it knit up quick. With 2-3″ of negative ease (I’m wearing mine with 2″)

The cable pattern is a easy to remember pattern and makes for lovely details down the sleeve and front of the sweater.
I really need this one in a few colours, like a deep blue or yellow.

Changes I made, with permissing during the test I made this a cropped sweater so that I could specifically wear it with dresses. I did this by shortening the waist shaping that’s already in the pattern and went straight into the ribbing once the waist decreases were finished.

I also added extra rows before seperating the sleeves to make a slightly deeper armscye, and was able to add in extra sleeve increases to allow for needing a bigger sleeve than the body size I knit.
