SingulariTee

I am hoping next year if we can make a time work that I’ll be able to take the course to learn how to design in this method myself as I have a couple of design ideas I think this would be perfect for.

SingluariTee is lovely, although I should have added a bit more length. I love it. It fits perfectly, the colours worked well together, it’s just amazing.

Worked bottom up in single stripes then seamed was a little different, I’ve been a top down girl no seaming for a long time now.

Finished size
I used just under 4 skeins worth of DK weight yarn, 876m total
Body – 48″/121cm bust, which gave a finished size of 49″/125cm
Body – 15″/38cm

Especially as someone who constantly has to make changes to pattern to get the fit right.
And here was someone designing in such a way that it 1. uses my exact body measurements and 2. means there is no upper size limit and 3. you work to you’re own gauge! It seemed like magic.

So when the test knit call went out for SingulariTee, a striped tee for DK/Worsted/Aran weight yarn I jumped on it. I had a few single skeins floating about, colours I’d fallen in love with at various events and shows over the years.
